Standing Thoracic Spinal Mobilization with Mobility Band

Anchor the Mobility Band on the Strong Stall Bar (SSB) above head height. Position yourself in the loop of the band, facing the SSB with the band around the back and arms overhead. Lean back into the band, with the motion coming from the upper back as opposed to the low back/hips. Rotate through the upper back to one side then the other. This exercise can also be done with the arms behind the ears.
