Ulnar Deviation with Dumbbells
This exercise can be done with your arm resting on a table or your thigh. This allows the movement to come from your wrist and working your forearm instead of compensating with your shoulder. Starting with your palm facing down. You are going to side bend your wrist toward the middle and toward the outside. You can also do this with your wrist facing up.
