Side Lying Open Book

Start lying on your side with knees slightly bent and hips, knees, feet, and shoulders stacked. Extend your arms straight out, with palms together. Reach your top hand further than the bottom, then extend your top arm overhead, bringing your elbow by your ear. Continue to rotate the top arm until it is on the other side of your body, with your palm up to the ceiling, getting a good rotation through your spine. Continue rotating your arm, bringing it down by your side, and then back to the starting position. Control each movement, while keeping your core engaged.
